The Good Harvest Cafe was founded in 1993 with the intention of creating not only a family business but also providing a much needed service to the community; that service being a well-researched approach to your health through whole foods used in our tasty recipes.
At The Good Harvest Cafe, we have eliminated all unhealthy cooking oils. We use no trans-fats, tropical or hydrogenated oils or margarines. Although much more expensive to use, we only cook with olive oil, vegetable oil, 100% rice bran oil and real butter. Rice bran oil actually removes LDL cholesterol, is half the calories of other oils, and has no artificial ingredients.

Warm country environment, flourished with beautiful Native American art, wholesome food, and friendly customer service. What a nice stop for lunch! – GOOGLE REVIEW
Great staff. Very friendly, yummy food. Made accommodation for us gluten free folk. Only disappointment was that they had run out of GF bread before we got there around 11 am. Loved the decor and the family friendly vibe we got while there. Would definitely recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice! – GOOGLE REVIEW
